About Our Club/Team/Organisation:

Satomi Kai is a lively club made up of a broad spectrum of people with varied interests. The club includes a wide range of abilities also, from students in their first few weeks, through to students and teachers who have been training for many many years. Although Japanese martial arts can be quite formal, the atmosphere of the club is always kept as light and friendly as possible. The best way to meet us is to come and watch us practice, or better still, come and have a go, and then join us in the bar afterwards. The only restriction is that you must be at least 17 years of age. We train on Sunday Evenings at the Mid Suffolk Leisure Centre (in Studio 1) from 7.00 - 8.30 pm.
