That all 3 classes in that week. Insurance (?5 per year). Covers you for training, fighting, and seminars @ East Coast Fight Factory. Equipment. We have a 16ft training ring & full matted area. We also have boxing gloves, groin guards, head guards & shin pads for everyone to use - but if you have your own equipment it?s probably nicer than ours! A gum shield is required if you want to spar.
