About Me:

We are based in Torbay, Devon, UK, operating sport and self defense martial arts classes. There is no rituals or secret techniques, we teach you what you need to know, in a modern combat/sport environment. Having fun is an important part of training :-) Classes are open to all adult ages, shapes, sizes and abilities. We teach self defense classes and sport orientated. We have a strong competition team with an excellent competition record. We have regular world class instructors visit the club for seminars and a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt, Pedro Bessa down every month.
