About Our Club:	The Spitfire gym has a fully padded training area, along with boxing ring, and selection of punch bags for working on kicks and knee’s, boxing and elbows. Also provided are low kick and arm pads. Fitness equipment such as weights, sit up bench and other cardio vascular equipment are also available. Enabling the gym to not only cater to those who are looking to train to compete, but also those who train for fitness and self confidence purposes.
