High quality private professional tuition and education in modern reality self protection based Martial Arts. Non sports orientated MMA, in a fun, safe yet disciplined environment. Very small classes (3-1 max) or one to one training. all classes are adult only. Shindo Instructors and students believe that the training of the whole (Mind, Body and Spirit) is essential to building the warrior.
