About Our Club:

Our club is set in an idyllic picturesque part of Wales overlooked by the Irish Sea. Our aim is to promote the sport of athletics to all ages from eight years old onwards. We are actively encouraging and stimulating the understanding of the sport. We offer participation to all members in Track & Field, Cross Country and Road Running underpinned with excellent coaching.Enjoy the new challenges and friendship our sport can provide.
