About Our Club:

In June 2001 Aberdeen Bon Accord Hockey Club and Milltimber, Bieldside and Cults Hockey Club merged to form Bon Accord MBC. This merger had created one of the largest hockey clubs in Aberdeen with a membership split between both youth and senior players. The club is a fully integrated family oriented Club in the North East of Scotland and only one of a handful in the country who provide hockey for both sexes and all age groups. The Club is also involved in the Scottish Hockey Union's Club Development Programme. MBC has been part of this programme since 1998 and was one of three Clubs selected that year. The main thrust of the involvement has been the establishment of a clear and stable partnership with Cults Academy and its feeder primary schools. This initiative has proved extremely successful with the Club providing coaching and organisational support for all school players.
