About Our Club:

Bedford Bandits Roller Derby League was founded in June 2007 after learning about the sport from fellow roller girl Hope n Gory of Central City Rollergirls and having nowhere to skate locally. Being a relatively new sport making a big impact on the UK after a resurgence in the US, it was high time that Bedfordshire had a league of it's own and so Bedford Bandits Roller Derby League was born. Bedford Bandits are a female only flat track roller derby league aiming for national/international competition within the next year while providing an opportunity for women to participate in a team sport that builds self discipline, athletic ability and sportsmanship.
